the location provides easy access to transportation. the hotel staff proved helpful and friendly. the room was generous in size and clean, a good experience for us. my kids loved the pool at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
the noise from other rooms disturbed me. the rooms are not well insulated to prevent noise from corridors.

the room was spacious and included all essentials. we had clean towels and toiletries, it provided good wifi. the bed was comfortable and clean, a great advantage.

the location was really convenient for accessing many stores and restaurants. the front desk staff, particularly joyce, was helpful (always a plus!). the building had an older, historic feel.
My room faced an unattractive interior courtyard. the room seemed dated overall. the window cleanliness was also subpar. It hindered any potential view.
